00:00If he spoke about an adjudication and self-proclaimed,

00:10but any of those instruments are at the hands or knowledge

00:14of the political organizations, any political party,

00:18including the movement for Venezuela,

00:20no, even 11 days after the electoral process, what

00:25was the voting, the total voting,

00:30but when the law says that tabulating must

00:38be delivered to all participants within 48 hours.

00:43If we don't have the instruments and if the National Electoral

00:47Council haven't done the public publication,

00:51so we ask the electoral chamber, what are we doing here?

00:59Because the only authorized institution

01:04of proclaiming the results of elections

01:07is the National Electoral Council.

01:10But those updates of results must

01:14be the ones of the elections.

01:20And that fact we have to happen within 48 hours

01:25hasn't existed.

01:27The only way of the judicial order

01:31that the electoral chamber take notice of that

01:36is that one of the authors just nullified those results.

01:45And we haven't been explained about this contentious appeal.

01:52And so the law said that all ballots

01:59must be under the custody of officials

02:06through the electoral process.

02:07So we get out from this electoral chamber

02:13with more citations.

02:15And it is an irregular topic in which

02:19we have to demand that the institutions must

02:23be at the service of transparency

02:26and demanded the National Electoral Council

02:29to be attached to the requirements

02:32of the organic law that it is being explained clearly

02:38that they have 48 hours for the total.

02:44We were listening to the statement of Jose Ramon Calzadilla

02:47for Movimiento Por Venezuela after the hearings held

02:50at the Supreme Court of Justice in the electoral chamber

02:54as part of the judicial process on the July 28th elections

02:57that was celebrated in Venezuela.

03:00Jose Ramon was also calling on the National Electoral Council

03:04to present the tally sheets of the full count

03:07of the electoral results, was also

03:08denouncing that after 48 hours they have not been presented,

03:12they have not been given these documents according to them.

03:15He's alleging that these documents are not given

03:17and they cannot be certain of what is happening.

03:19And that's why he's calling for transparency

03:21and calling the National Electoral Council to abide

03:24by the constitutional laws.
