A major American burger chain is set to make its debut in Birmingham's Grand Central shopping centre. Shake Shack, which started as a food van in New York City, has applied for a license to serve alcohol adjacent to Nando's. The company has submitted an application to the council for a premises license, seeking approval to offer late night refreshments and sell alcohol.
