00:16But if they don't enjoy it, it's easy to do another research and development, right?

00:23And I would say I'm a foodie, I love food.

00:27And I think the restaurant business is super competitive.

00:34I would say it's one of the hardest businesses that anyone can get into, but I love the challenge.
