00:04confirmed the receipt of all the required documents to initiate a judicial process
00:08regarding July 28th elections. During the session, the President of the Supreme Court
00:13announced that all candidates and representatives of the political parties have been summoned
00:18and must appear before the judicial institution as of Wednesday, August 7th,
00:23together with the other organizations. She also warned that failing to comply with the judicial
00:29order will result in the legal consequences stipulated in the current legislation. Furthermore,
00:35she pointed out that those summoned must bring with them and submit the required
00:40information and answer the questions asked by the courts.
00:49By virtue of the foregoing and being the following case of national transcendence
00:53and of public order, this electoral chamber initiates the process of investigation of
00:58the consigned material for a period of up to 15 days, which are extendable,
01:09for which it will make use of all the mechanisms available in our legal system for such purpose.
01:14Likewise, for the due consignment of all the electoral instruments,
01:25which are in the possession of the political parties and of the candidates,
01:36the following are hereby summoned, in which act they shall provide the required information and
01:41answer the questions posed to them by this judicial body in connection with this case.
