00:00So I just wanted to come down today because these poor children, all they wanted to do
00:06was go to a dance class and it's not fair because they're the ones that have got, now
00:11they've passed and I just feel bad for the children because one of my friends knew one
00:15of them, Elsie, she went to Farnborough. So I just find it really sad and I wanted to
00:20come down here and lay some flowers. And I just think it's really sad because they don't
00:27deserve this. As long as the mob don't turn up again, that was disgusting. But they weren't
00:37Southport people. Southport people aren't like, no, they're not. Southport people wouldn't
00:43do that. Look what they did the next day, they cleaned it all up, that's Southport.
00:48It's just awful. It's a very, very sad time and I just thought I'd just come and read
00:54some of the messages and just see how much support the local people have come together
00:59to, you know. It's just a very, very sad occasion, isn't it, really.
01:06Do you live close by?
01:07Yeah, yeah, I've lived in Southport all my life, yeah. So it's just something that I've
01:10never experienced before, you know, it's just, and you see it all the time when a tragedy
01:14happens on the TV, you know, you don't expect it round here but you don't, it's just a quiet
01:18town and it's a complete shock and just a tragedy, really. It's just so heartbreaking
01:25for the families, you know, I mean, such young children, I mean, they haven't even started
01:29their lives yet, have they, so, you know, it's just very sad.
