00:00I've got a responsibility to make sure everyone gets on and everyone does well,
00:03and everyone understands how the manager wants to play.
00:08But we've got a good group of guys.
00:10There's a lot of people that are good leaders here, and not just players, staff.
00:15It's a real good set-up, a lot of good people here.
00:17So, I think we'll be a really good side.
00:20Yes, absolutely.
00:21Obviously, last season, Scott did an amazing job of building the team with lots of new signings.
00:25Are you confident you can do that again and go one step further into League One?
00:28100 per cent.
00:29I mean, just look at the second half.
00:30We're playing the top Premier League side and we managed to score a few goals.
00:34Obviously, we gave away a few goals.
00:37They didn't really cut us open.
00:38They were more individual mistakes.
00:40So, you take that out of the game and I thought we did really well.
00:44So, yes, we've just got to keep working hard every day and keep doing the things in the next couple of pre-season games,
00:49and we'll be ready to go.
00:50There were some quality goals, especially for that first one from Heather Murphy.
00:54I kind of suppose you're just looking to see more of that as the season progresses?
00:57Yes, we haven't played on the greatest of pitches in the first few pre-season games.
01:03The last pre-season game, the pitch was terrible, so it was hard to see the football that we can play.
01:08Today, how we played out and played through the thirds and into play in the final third was really, really good.
01:17So, yes, a great first goal and hopefully we can get a few more like that.
