00:03here in Paris covering the opening ceremonies at the 2024 Olympics.

00:07As you can see, a huge line of people waiting to get along the Seine River.

00:12And tonight, along the Seine, there's going to be 80 boats,

00:1510,000 athletes more going down the Seine towards the Eiffel Tower.

00:20And the ceremonial part, there's going to be performances all along the river.

00:24We shall soon see if Paris can pull off this unprecedented event.

00:28Already, we've seen some police activity, some running.
