President Marcos conducts an ocular inspection in Valenzuela City on Thursday, July 25, to assess the impact of Super Typhoon Carina and the enhanced southwest monsoon.

The President rode a truck that passed by the floods as it rained along McArthur Highway in Barangay Malanday on Thursday morning.
