Video shows Tramlines 2024 being put in place in Hillsborough Park, Sheffield, by workmen, ahead of major music festival

00:00Work is well underway on the preparations for tramlines this weekend.

00:07Here, you can see the main stage is already in place behind one of the main gates,

00:13which has been seeing lorries arriving at the site this week near Penistone Road.

00:18Here, you can see work going on near what will be the entrance to the site for those attending the festival.

00:27Some areas of the park are already sealed off from the public as work goes on getting the site ready.

00:35Tramlines itself starts on Friday, July 26th, with Paolo Nutini headlining on that night,

00:43and it runs until Sunday, July 28th.

00:47Jamie Tee is scheduled to headline on the Saturday night,

00:52and the legendary Sheffield electropop band Human League will be among the acts performing on the last night.
