00:08Tropical Storm Carina was strong while it was in the Philippine Sea.

00:12It forced strong winds to bring rain to Zambales, Bataan, and Calayaan Islands.

00:16Also to the northern part of Luzon.

00:19It was expected that the typhoon category will be strong while moving northwestward.

00:24Based on the data of Metro Weather,

00:25heavy to intense rains will be experienced in a large part of Luzon and Visayas.

00:30By the afternoon, Mindanao will also experience rain,

00:32particularly in the Sok Sargent, Karaga, and Davao region.

00:35Prepare for the rains here in Metro Manila.
