00:14It's expected to rain heavily and there will be strong winds in Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Quezon, and Laguna.

00:23It's also expected to rain in Batangas, Zambales, Cavite, and Tarlac.

00:27According to the forecast, even if a large part of the country will be affected by the rain tomorrow,
