00:43covered in plastic, where the baby was found.

00:47A barangay watchman introduced the suspect.

00:50They went to the woman's house

00:52and found out that Mayo was arrested for the complaint of estafa,

01:02when he arrived for his hearing in the case of estafa.

01:41he could be sentenced to more than two years in prison.

02:25of the Manila Police District.

02:27The complaint was that the sidewalk vendors in Lungsol were being harassed.

02:31Based on the complainant, our suspect, who is an employee of City Hall,

02:37particularly hawkers,

02:39his mandate is to clear the sidewalks.

02:43According to the victim,

02:45he has been harassed by the suspect for four weeks

02:47in order to give him P500 per week.
