Understanding Fat
We all hav etwo type of fat,
Visceral fat & Subcutaneous fat
Visceral fat is the fat that surrounds the important part of body like heart, liver, kidney and pancreas.
This fat is dangerous and reducing this fat is very essential
Subcutaneous fat is the fat that underneath your skin.
This fat help you give shape,
This fat that you can hold,
You will find these fat on your arms, thighs and buttocks.
This faf is not dangerous,
If you want to fit int yoiur favourite clothes then you have to reduce your subcutaneous fat.
