00:00Hello everyone. Today I am reviewing this. Now this is Rio More. I cannot pronounce that

00:09word from the likes of me but it's Mexican style tuna. Now what is in here is tuna, red

00:16beans, corn, seed oil, pepper carrots, salt, artificial flavor, may contain wheat, barley

00:23and oats. So may contain gluten because gluten is wheat. Now here it says 320 calories, 26

00:33fat, trans fat is 15, fiber is 18, sugar is 3, sodium is 33, potassium is 6, calcium is

00:442 and iron is 7. So it comes in a nice little container here. So you can take that container

00:53out. So it's Mexican style and it says it's no preservatives. So there's that there. So

01:01there's this here container and there's the back there saying it's recyclable. So now

01:07I'm going to open it and I wish I could pronounce that word but I can't. But they have a whole

01:13bunch of rains of tuna. Besides Mexican they've got spicy and a whole bunch of other ones.

01:19Like look at what's in there. There's the tuna, there's the corn, there's the red beans.

01:24All healthy for you, all good. So now I'm going to give it a try. Here is my spoon.

01:36It doesn't come with a spoon but it's not dry. I actually expected this to be actually

01:46a little bit dry. I've had other ones similar but not this make, not real. But this is very

01:58moist, very good. Wow. I did not expect it to be so moist. It's very moist and if you

02:23can see the tuna, they give you a fair amount. It's also very tender. I'm almost done it.

02:44It's actually, I thought that the tuna would be dry because I've had other snack ones on

02:49the go and the tuna was dry and it wasn't really that moist and it wasn't really that

02:54good. But these are really, wow. And it's also not watered down and it has a very nice

03:05flavor to it. I'm very impressed with this actually. I would buy this make again.

03:19I like the little tin too. You know, if they made an actual lid that you can actually put

03:30on, you can actually probably reuse this because it's metal. It's not metal, I guess it's steel

03:36or whatever you want to call it. But this is a reusable thing. So if you actually could

03:40make a lid and put a lid on this, you don't need to throw this out. I actually like this.

03:45I really enjoyed this today. It is healthy and good. So it's, it's a Mexican style one.

04:09And as I said, they had many other flavors as well. And the expiry date is pretty good

04:14on it too. It doesn't expire until next year in July. These are the type of things that

04:21you can easily take with you and have a nice little healthy meal if you out and about and

04:25just want to travel or visit people or you just want to go for a nice long hike or walk

04:30in the woods. This is perfect. And I don't need water. Like my mouth is not dry and I

04:35like that. So check these out. I kind of ripped it out there. Stupid me. But real,

04:44real more Mexican style tuna. Tasty, delightful. And check out my other reviews and many more.
