The annual Newport Show took place today and as ever it was packed with plenty to do.

01:00So, I thought, do you know what, I've been a teacher for 10 years and I've been telling

01:22students, you're fine as you are, you're fine, you're fine, you're fine as you are.

01:26Don't ever let anyone change you, don't ever let anyone think you're not good enough.

01:31Yeah, I've never spoken about what I'm going through in my little brain, and I thought

01:36I'm going to do it.

01:37Because, especially during lockdown, most people started to gravitate towards the kitchen

01:43and that's what I've always done, always gravitated towards the kitchen.

01:47Feeling a bit rubbish?

01:48I'm going to make something.

01:49Feeling unhappy?

01:54And people started doing that, so I thought, do you know what, I'm going to speak about

01:58it a little bit more.

01:59Bloody scary, but I'm really proud of it.

02:02And within the book there are 20 minute recipes, things that can be done in 20 minutes and

02:07such, when you're having those days where, do you know what, I know I've got to make

02:11something, but I really don't feel like it.

02:13There are like two for one recipes, where you make something, you make a big bit of

02:17it, and then you can use the leftovers to make a completely different recipe.

02:27And Louisa who have we got here with you?

02:31And she's a Highland?

02:32She's a Highland cow, in calf, 13 years old.

02:35And you've just been in the ring, you've just got a rosette, well done.

02:39And she's got a bit of a tale to her, hasn't she?

02:41You kind of, you took her on when she was in need of a bit of love and a bit of care.

02:45Absolutely, yeah, and here she is today, so she's living the dream, she loves it, so yeah.

02:50Yeah, great.

02:51So was it an RSPCA rescue?

02:53Yeah.

02:54Is that where it comes into it?

02:55Yeah.

02:56And what does that involve then, when she comes along, do you have to kind of bring her out

02:59of her shell sort of thing?

03:00Yes, so she was, yeah, neglected, no fault of her own or the owners, but yeah, no, she's

03:04done well.

03:05So you're very proud today with your first?

03:07Yes, very proud today.
