Sonic and Tails have made their way to a new area of Angel Island, although Knuckles and the Master Emerald are nowhere to be found. Dr. Eggman has been busy setting up new traps and Badniks to slow our heroes down, but nothing could surprise Sonic more than finding out he has to battle a robot duplicate of Knuckles! With help from Tails, Sonic defeats the imposter with minor difficulty, and then the pair reach the Egg Rocket Zone, a massive space ship which Sonic must navigate in hopes of reaching Eggman's base...
