00:00All right, Carver High, a lot of games to bet on tonight in baseball.
00:08There certainly are, Scotty.
00:09Why don't we start in Baltimore at Camden Yards.
00:12We talked about this a little earlier in the lion's share.
00:14I'm looking for a lot of taters here tonight.
00:16Jamison shots at Tyone for the Cubs.
00:19The Dean, Dean Kramer on the hill for the Orioles who are minus 185 plus 150 for the
00:25Cubbies and a flat nine.
00:29You know, I got to be honest with you.
00:30I think Tyone can beat him tonight and he's pitched really well.
00:36He's got a low ERA.
00:38Nobody and their brothers betting on him at all, like giving him any chance whatsoever
00:42against Coffey and Kramer.
00:44He's not that good.
00:45I mean, he's 500 with a three nine.
00:50You know, bottom line is Tyone's got the innings, the strikeouts.
00:56He doesn't walk anybody.
00:58I think they got a shot.
00:59Now I realize their record.
01:01I realize they don't win.
01:02I realize what the Orioles do, but straight up at that price with that guy pitching the
01:09way he's pitched for them of late, I'm going to take a shot with him.
01:15There you go.
01:16The Guardians and the Tigers again in Detroit tonight, hopefully more runs than the one
01:20that we got last night.
01:22Ben Lively and Kenta Maeda, I think are going to help us with that problem.
01:27It's 135 for Cleveland, plus a buck 15 for Detroit and an eight and a half.
01:32I'm going to run line it at a plus a buck 15 with the Guardians and Lively.
01:38He's been great for them.
01:40He wins.
01:41He's eight and four.
01:42He allows three runs a game.
01:44Great whip.
01:45Tons of innings, tons of strikeouts.
01:48They're not getting blank one nothing tonight.
01:50No, they are not.
01:52Both Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper officially back in the lineup for the Phillies tonight
01:57in Philadelphia with the Dodgers coming into town.
02:00Bobby Miller and Zach Wheeler tonight, minus 155 for the Phillies, plus a buck 30 for the
02:06Dodgers and a nine and a half big total.
02:10I got to be honest with you, the way they hit Wheeler, these guys like Freeman and we
02:16talked about it and you know, who else has been on fire Miller who like every guy on
02:24that Dodger team who's been hitting all the home runs lately?
02:27Am I wrong?
02:28Look, I mean, Hernandez has been hot.
02:30Ohtani seems to hit two or three a week.
02:33You know, they just have tons of guys who I can't remember us getting the Dodgers at
02:38this price all year.
02:39Plus one.
02:40Right.
02:41That is that has to be the biggest dogs that they've been all year.
02:45I would have to check but that's that's unheard of for them this season.
02:49Yeah.
02:50I mean, I forgot about Will Smith.
02:52He's hit so many home runs lately.
02:54He's another guy that I wouldn't be surprised to tease off tonight.
02:57I'll take a shot with the Dodgers at that price to upset Wheeler in the bank.
03:04Yankees are in Tampa at the TROP, a place that they never do quite well.
03:08And Carlos Rodon has been hammered recently every time he's gone out.
03:12But the Yankees are minus 125 with Rodon against the Rays, who are plus 105, seven and a half
03:19is the total.
03:20Yeah.
03:21I've seen it at about 20.
03:23I don't think that's too juicy for me.
03:26I like the Yankees to win tonight in Tampa.
03:30Rockies and the Reds at Great American again, our pal Cal Quantrill for Colorado, Nick Lodolo
03:36for the Reds, who are minus 200.
03:38Look out.
03:39Plus 165 for the Rockies and an eight and a half.
03:43Lodolo's been great.
03:44Lay the run and a half at even money.
03:47You're good to go.
03:48And, you know, look, everyone and their brothers betting the over in this game.
03:54I'm betting the under.
03:56Oakland into Fenway against the Red Sox, Joey Estes tonight for them.
04:00Brian Bello goes for the Sox, minus two bills, plus 165 for the A's and a big 10 for the
04:08total.
04:09Yeah.
04:10You know, I think, you know, I'm not paying that price for the Red Sox payo, but I'd be
04:17willing to bet the run line with Boston and payo.
04:23And I still think over that ten and a half, if it's still a ten and a half, I'm over that
04:29to Jake Irvin goes to the Nationals tonight at City Field.
04:33Scotty, last time out, he threw eight innings of shutout ball against the Mets in D.C.
04:38He'll try to continue that streak.
04:40Jose Quintana goes for the Mets, who are minus 135, plus 115 for the Nats and a flat eight.
04:47I mean, Irvin had a meeting out of his palms last week, so I'll take that again.
04:52And a buck 15.
04:53If they can't hit him then, why would they be able to hit him now?
04:56So give me the Nats.
04:58Houston, Scotty.
04:59The Marlins open up a series with the Astros tonight.
05:03Trevor Rogers and Ronnel Blanco are your starters.
05:06Minus 250, heavy lumber for the Strohs, plus two bills for the Fish and an eight and a
05:12half.
05:13Yeah, I just this is Blanco.
05:16This is the Astros.
05:17This is run line.
05:19This is over Rogers is the Black Cloud Diner.
05:23I mean, the guys, what, one in nine?
05:25He never wins and they stink to begin with.
05:29And I liked your idea yesterday of the Yankees going to get Chisholm.
05:33I'd love to see that deal happen for them.
05:36They got glaring weaknesses in that infield.
05:39That's pretty obvious.
05:40But I'm all over Houston here tonight.
05:42There's still two back of Seattle, and I still think they're going to win that division.
05:47The Twins and the White Sox again in Chicago tonight, where you'll have Bailey Ober and
05:52Eric Fetty.
05:53Minus 160 for the Twinkies, plus 135 for the Sox.
05:57Seven and a half.
05:58Do be careful here, Scotty.
05:59I see tons of wet rain and weather for this game tonight.
06:03Maybe not start on time.
06:05Maybe even it gets bagged all together.
06:08Fetty's not that bad.
06:10If they get this game in, I'll take another dog here with Fetty and the White Sox at plus
06:15130 on the south side of Chicago.
06:18He's been, Crockett and Fetty have been their only, like, guiding light, right?
06:24Yeah, that's been pretty much it for them, especially Crockett.
06:28Fetty's been just as good.
06:30Pirates are in Milwaukee against the Brewers.
06:32Colin Rea tonight.
06:33Josh Fleming goes for the Buccos.
06:36Minus 160 for Milwaukee, plus 135 for the Pirates, and an eight and a half.
06:42I mean, this is Milwaukee run line at plus 122.
06:48When they got their guy, Rea, he's eight and two with a three-three.
06:51The guy's been brilliant.
06:52He's working on 100 innings already.
06:54He does walk a lot of guys, though.
06:56We'll see if the Pirates can do anything with the bats if they get guys on base.
07:00I mean, that's their problem.
07:03Like, I saw Friday their 16-hit game.
07:06If you look at their last five or six games, I'll bet they haven't had 16 hits in all of
07:11them combined that they had in the one game on Friday.
07:15I'll tell you who's been a sneaky tater guy lately, too.
07:17He's been starting to hit.
07:19Big Rowdy has actually been hitting some homers lately.
07:23And when they're up against the righty, like they are tonight against Rea, maybe a chance
07:29to sneak Rowdy in here once in a while for the tater time, because he actually has gotten hot.
07:35Swinging the bat.
07:36Yes, and so has Reynolds.
07:38Reynolds, he's been good all year.
07:41Pirates got some guys that can hit.
07:42And I saw this article today, one of the Pittsburgh guys wrote, that I guess Charrington wants
07:47to add, he'd like to add some more offense to the team's guy to go along with that great
07:52pitching.
07:53And apparently Nutting just, they're not giving him any money to use.
07:58I feel bad for Charrington.
07:59I think he's probably a pretty good general manager, and Nutting just won't give him a
08:02dollar to go and get some more guys.
08:04I mean, of course it is, but they're four games back at the last wild card.
08:13I'm not sure what spending a bunch of money is going to do to get who.
08:18First of all, he's not going to spend it.
08:19Second of all, how much would he have to spend to get someone really good?
08:23Right.
08:23He won't do.
08:24So to get someone average that can hit a little bit just isn't worth it to me.
08:30I think they're still a year or two away with their great young arms.
08:37You know, the problem I have is guys like Cabrian Hayes, gold glove third baseman.
08:43But I mean, my daughter hits better.
08:46I mean, he can't hit at all.
08:48It's embarrassing.
08:49They, you know, you talk about that team before you said Reynolds is hit.
08:54Well, he's the only guy.
08:56He's the only guy that hits.
08:58Cruise missile hits one every five days, six days.
09:01It'll hit a home run.
09:02But the rest of the time he strikes out.
09:05You don't have any.
09:06No one on that team is like Michael.
09:09Turner's not.
09:11Their catchers stink.
09:13Their rowdy started hitting a little bit.
09:16Kutch has been okay for his age and the numbers that he gives them.
09:21It's okay.
09:23But that would be the type of guy that they would get a guy that hits,
09:26you know, 235 with 4850 RBI.
09:32That's the only thing they can afford.
09:33And they won't even do that.
09:35They won't even do that.
09:36You're right.
09:37Late night.
09:37Let's go out to Anaheim Rangers and the Angels again.
09:40Max Scherzer gets the ball tonight.
09:43Contreras goes for Anaheim minus 190 Texas plus 155 Angels and an eight and a half.
09:49Again, Texas is winning all of a sudden swept the race.
09:55I told you they had to win last night.
09:56They put up nine runs.
09:58They're going to do it again tonight and cover on the run line for Mad Max against the crappy
10:02Angels.
10:03I think this is easy money again.
10:05Really good pitching matchup in Arizona out in the desert, of course, with sale going
10:09back at night.
10:10That means he matches up with Zach gallon of milk minus 125 for the Braves plus 105 for
10:16the Snakes and a seven and a half.
10:19I bet it this morning.
10:20Can you believe I got that guy sale at minus a buck 15 this morning.
10:24Now it's a buck and a quarter.
10:26I still don't think it's that expensive.
10:29I know people think, you know, either way, if you bet Arizona plus a buck five with gallon
10:35of milk, you got a shot.
10:37But the way I see it is right now.
10:39This guy, Chris sales, very dominant, and he's pitching better than Zach gallon has
10:46this year.
10:46Gallon was better last year, Mike, and I think you would agree with that.
10:50And then sales just been absolutely dominant and unbelievable.
10:55So every time he goes out, he gets better.
10:57So, you know, it was either him or schemes for me in the All-Star game.
11:00But if he's pitching tonight and Sunday, he not going to pitch and schemes probably will
11:03give me sale.
11:04I bet him this morning at minus a buck 15.
11:06I don't have a problem telling people to bet him at minus a buck and a quarter.
11:10Mariners are at Petco the next couple days where they get to some of that soft serve
11:14ice cream, which is always good.
11:15Logan, what's eating Gilbert grape for the Mariners tonight?
11:19Adam Missouri for the Padres Mariners minus 150 Padres plus 125 and a seven and a half.
11:27Yeah, I can't bet against Gilbert grape right now.
11:31You know, to me, he's in the conversation.
11:34He's in that realm of Cy Young that they're talking about in the AL is, you know, he's
11:41five and five.
11:42That's not indicative of how good he's been, right?
11:44I think more along the lines of look at his era.
11:47He's under three and everything else.
11:50His whip is under one.
11:52His innings phenomenal.
11:53His strikeouts phenomenal.
11:55The guy's already got a buck eight case.
11:57So I'm not betting against him tonight.
12:00Not with Missouri.
12:01But these teams are literally in concert with one another.
12:04Mike record wise.
12:05They're almost the same identical teams.
12:09They certainly are.
12:10Finally, last game, the Blue Jays are in San Francisco against the Giants tonight.
12:15Kikuchi on the mound for Toronto and Blake Snell, who's had really a lost year, is going
12:22to try to come back here.
12:23This is his second time returning from the IL minus 115 for the Giants minus 105 for
12:29Kikuchi and the Jays and a seven and a half.
12:31I like the over seven and a half runs here because frankly, Kikuchi and Snell smell.
12:38They've been so awful this year.
12:39Both of them give up tons of runs.
12:41Give me the over in that game.
12:43And I'll tell you what, I think at some level, it doesn't matter if Snell's pitching or
12:47not.
12:47I think the Giants win the game.
