00:30Farouk was arrested outside St James' Hospital in Leeds with a pressure cooker bomb designed to be twice as powerful as those used by the Boston Marathon bombers in 2013.
00:43Patient Nathan Newby intervened in an act of kindness that turned into an act of bravery.
00:52Sheffield Crown Court heard how Mr Newby stepped in after support worker Farouk took a pressure cooker device with 10kg of explosives into the hospital where he worked in January last year.
