00:00We're doing the 10k today, we're walking it for my dad, we've called ourselves Collins
00:17Chargers.
00:18My dad died of throat cancer about seven years ago and it's our first time doing it.
00:24And how are you feeling?
00:25Nervous.
00:26It's good fun.
00:27There's a lot of people here today aren't there?
00:31Yeah there is, hopefully a lot of newcomers like us, it's the first time doing the 10k.
00:37And the outfits, you've gone wild haven't you?
00:40I said I wanted to dress up, I always do bright colours anyway and I said if you're doing
00:46it with me you can't be in it.
00:49You've got to do what you say to that.
00:51If you don't mind introducing yourselves.

00:54And I'm Mandy.
00:56And what are we doing down on South Sea Common today?
00:59We've come to do Race for Life, I've not done it before, this is my first time doing it
01:04at South Sea.
01:05I'm racing for my sister who died from breast cancer in 2007 and I'm going to do it.
01:11And that's why I'm here.
01:12That's lovely.
01:13I've done it a few times, I've done a couple of 10k's and 5k's so I've got a family member
01:19who had cancer so I'm just all in for everybody doing it today and support everyone.
01:26It's such a lovely event bringing everyone together isn't it?
01:32Absolutely.
01:33Perfect, well I'm sure you'll smash it.
