As Zoopla announce there are the highest number of homes on the market in eight years, we’d like to hear your reflections on the current state of the property market.

00:41They need to build more small properties as opposed to executive houses and things that

00:48are suitable for downsizers as opposed to upsizers.

00:52You try to get a mortgage for 700 quid and they say, oh, how do we know you're going to pay it?

00:56What do you mean, how do you know I'm going to pay it?

00:57I've just been paying 800 quid a month for my rent.
