The Leeds Christmas Market will officially be back this winter, bringing around 70 traditional stalls from local, national and international traders to two locations in the city centre.

00:06City Centre will host its festive market once again following its debut last year.

00:11An improved Leeds Christmas market will officially be opened on Friday the 22nd of November with

00:16around 70 traditional stalls from international, national and local traders at two key locations

00:23in the city centre.

00:24Hundreds of thousands of people experienced the festive cheer last year and this year's

00:29market will primarily be located on City Square and Millennium Square.

00:33Pop-up musical performances, a selection of Christmas food and drink and seasonal outdoor

00:38bars on City Square, Victoria Gardens and Millennium Square are expected, alongside

00:43a variety of festive stalls showcasing gifts, crafts and treats from around the world.

00:48A weekend artisan market from Little Bird will also be held on Bond Court off Park Row.

00:54The Ice Cube at Christmas skating rink will also return.
