00:00I know your kids are also into skateboarding.

00:02They're also into music and things like that.

00:04Are they as fearless as you are or, you know,

00:07when it comes to, you know, taking risks

00:09and skateboarding as well?

00:12In their own way, yeah.

00:13I mean, some more than others,

00:15and some are a little less concerned

00:18with the mortality than others.

00:19And those are the ones that give me the greatest concern,

00:21but most of them are in their adult ages now.

00:25So they've kind of found what their comfort levels are

00:30and know their limitations.

00:31But when they were younger,

00:32there were times when it was frightening.

00:35I'm sure.

00:36I'm sure with three boys, I'm sure it was very frightening.

00:39And you also have a teenage girl.

00:41How is that different from raising three boys?

00:45Much, much, much different

00:47in terms of the amount of attention and, you know,

00:52with boys, I mean, between my wife and I,

00:55we actually have five boys.

00:57And so it was just constant motion,

01:00constant, we're going here, let's do this, this.

01:02And with girls, it's a much more focused energy

01:06and not so frantic.

01:08Although my daughter is now in theater,

01:10she does play lacrosse.

01:11So it's starting to turn the other way

01:14where it's like, where it's nonstop obligations.

01:17Totally.

01:18Do you have any dating rules

01:19when it comes to your daughter in the house?

01:22Dating rules?

01:26That's a good question.

01:28I don't necessarily, I think the rules are implied.

01:31They're not really written in stone,

01:34but I'd like to actually meet

01:37whoever she's going to be spending time with.

01:40And that's pretty much the only thing

01:42that we've had to do so far.

01:45Yeah, definitely.

01:46Did you ever have to deter your kids

01:47from doing something because it was too dangerous

01:50or were you like, take the risks, go for it?

01:54No, a couple of them I had to stop in their tracks

01:58when they were debating or considering doing something

02:00where it's like, all right,

02:02you're not quite at that level yet.

02:04And I know it's exciting.

02:05And I know that you're imagining yourself doing it,

02:07but you don't have the foundational skills to get it done.

02:10So, I mean, we've had tears over it for sure.
