00:00Let's make a nice, easy and delicious dessert.
00:08First of all, we need the oatmeal dough.
00:13We get it from the supermarkets.
00:16We take a little bit of the packet. It's a lot.
00:20We take a quarter of it and add butter.
00:23You can add butter, but I prefer ghee because it's softer and it tastes better with ghee.
00:31We spread the ghee very well.
00:34We spread it for about 5 minutes to spread it evenly on all the oatmeal.
00:39We get a cupcake mold.
00:42I have a mold with very nice, small cups.
00:46The smaller they are, the better they look.
00:49We spread the oatmeal inside.
00:52We press on them with anything you have.
00:55You can use a small cup or anything.
00:57We put it in the oven. It takes about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
01:01We prepare the sauce.
01:03First, we mix the milk, sugar, egg, flour and vanilla.
01:08You can skip the egg, but it gives a better taste to the filling.
01:12We mix them well to combine.
01:13We put them back on low heat.
01:16We keep stirring until they thicken.
01:19It takes about 5 minutes on the heat.
01:22After they thicken, we turn off the heat.
01:24We add a teaspoon of butter.
01:27We keep stirring until the butter melts.
01:30Then, we put them on another plate.
01:32We cover them and put them in the fridge until they harden.
01:35Be careful not to burn them.
01:37They are hot.
01:40After we took the oatmeal out of the oven,
01:43we should have roasted them a little bit more.
01:46But it's okay.
01:48I took them out of the mold.
01:50I brought a cup and a nylon bag.
01:52You can use a nylon bag.
01:54It's better if it's thick.
01:56I put some filling inside and cut it in half.
01:59We cut the sides to get the filling out.
02:02We take a piece of oatmeal.
02:04We put the filling on it.
02:06We leave another piece of oatmeal to cover them.
02:11Now, we decorate them.
02:13You can decorate them however you want.
02:16I put some filling and a pistachio on it.
02:19You can sprinkle some crushed pistachio,
02:22or you can put walnuts, almonds, or cashews.
02:25This dessert is served with syrup.
02:28If you don't want to serve it with syrup,
02:31you can make the oatmeal dough first
02:33and knead it with ghee.
02:36You can add sugar to it.
02:38If you add sugar at first, it will be sweet,
02:40and it won't need syrup.
02:42But the taste of syrup is better.
