00:00We need people to think about baking as a career path and that's why we need more young

00:17people thinking about baking.

00:20It's the perfect opportunity to bring people who are residents of the local residency aged

00:28care facility here in Tamworth who love a cake or a cupcake or something like that but

00:34also have many, many years experience on our earth and they know a good cupcake when they

00:39see one and taste one.

00:40I think everyone has seen right around the country the skill shortages and one of the

00:55most important things that we can do to improve apprenticeships is actually have a gateway

01:00into schools right across Australia.

01:03The regional towns have a smaller catch pool of people they can grab a hold and do apprenticeships

01:12so yeah there's a skill shortage but we want people who are passionate and love the trade

01:19and want to basically get in and have a go and we encourage that.
