00:00I'm in Hartlepool and I'm with Lewin in the Evolve Gym in Bowen Road. Lewin I

00:05believe you're off to America to take part in a competition. What is it? What do

00:09you have to do and what do you want to do? Well it's the CrossFit Games finals

00:14and it consists of three days of functional fitness, testing your strength,

00:19your gymnastics, running, stamina, all different aspects of fitness and it's a

00:26top 30 teams, fittest teams in the world who are competing to the number one spot

00:31who can be crowned fittest in the world. My aim is to try and get top three and

00:35make the podium if I can. Do you think you can do it? Yeah just need to work hard and

00:39just put my all into training. Well I've been just watching you work out and I'm

00:44a bit tired watching you work out. You enjoying it? Yeah yeah it's really fun.

00:48What would you say to anybody who wants to be you next year? Where do they

00:52have to start? What do they have to do? Well everyone has a starting point like you

00:55know you're not always going to be good at everything when you first start but if you just

00:58commit and keep dedicated then the hard work will soon pay off. Good luck. Thank you.
