00:16 According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, it was at 3.9% in May compared to 3.8% in April.

00:25 The main reason for this is the faster rise in housing prices, water, electricity, gas and other oil products.

00:32 This is the fourth month in a row that inflation has increased rapidly this year.
