00:04Why should everyone be Team Green over Team Black?

00:08We're just more rock and roll. We're more rock and roll.

00:10We have a bigger dragon in Veigar, the oldest, baddest known dragon in the world.

00:16And she's named after the Ovilarean God of War, and you don't want to go against the God of War.

00:22I love that. Did you feel like any of the friendly competition translated offscreen?

00:27Was there any competition between Team Black and Team Green, anywhere offscreen?

00:32Offscreen? I don't know. It's just one of the best parts of the job, working with this incredible cast.

00:38You go toe-to-toe with Liv Cook or Fabian Frankel, Tom Glinkarni, and you pick up a few moves in the process.

00:47Who would you say is the most competitive in the cast?

00:53It's probably me. I hate to say it. But, you know, life imitates art, and Damon dimitates.

00:59I love that. Well, I also wanted to ask, I know you mentioned that you haven't actually seen Game of Thrones.

01:06What was your choice behind that, and will you consider binging it any time soon,

01:11or do you want to wait until after the series wraps?

01:13I might wait until after the series wraps, and then watch the whole of Game of Thrones.

01:20Oh, no, the whole of House of the Dragon, and then Game of Thrones. That might be fun.

01:24But, yeah, I didn't want it to inform my decisions in any way, shape, or form.

01:29I wanted to go in blind and, you know, bring something completely fresh to the world.

01:37Absolutely. I want to say, at the end of last season, Eamon makes a very impulsive decision.

01:42What are the consequences of those actions, and how does that affect his journey this season?

01:47I think so much of season one saw this family's world on a knife's edge,

01:51and all it was going to take was a push from either side to draw blood, and Eamon drew first blood.

01:57He becomes the most wanted man in the realm, and he starts the domino effect that might lead to the Dance of the Dragons.

02:04And I can't wait for people to see season two.

02:08Finally, I wanted to ask, you were also part of one of the most talked about movies last year, Saltburn.

02:13Yeah, Saltburn. Have you seen it?

02:15Yes, I have. I have. Quite the change of character, I have to say.

02:18Do you get a lot of fan reaction? Do a lot of people come up to you kind of mesmerized by the character that you played?

02:23Yes. I think it's my chin that gives it away.

02:26Even with Eamon, people kind of look at me like, I've seen that guy from somewhere.

02:30And then I go like that, and they're like, oh, it's Eamon.

02:33Yeah, Saltburn was one of the best films that I've done thus far in my career.

02:38It was phenomenal to work with Emerald Fennell and Barry.

02:43And that character, Michael Gavey, he's a real one. I love Michael Gavey.
