Birmingham man convicted in fatal stabbing of former friend

22-year-old Tarik Al-Mitheab has been convicted of murdering former friend Mahmoud Alabdullah. The incident occurred last November, as Alabdullah exited his car on Cherrywood Road. Despite claiming self-defence, Al-Mitheab's actions were captured on CCTV, showing a brutal attack following a brief confrontation. Efforts to save Alabdullah's life failed, and he tragically died from his wounds at Queen Elizabeth hospital.
