00:23 running a market here at the weekends. Now I'm sorry but I'm not prepared to do

00:28 so until this antisocial behavior is addressed and dealt with because I do

00:32 not want my vendors or customers having to listen to the abusive language, being

00:40 cycled at, and having wheelies done in front of them and intimidating

00:45 and terrorizing people which are mostly our customers tend to be of an older age

00:51 variety.
