PBBM leads distribution of land titles in Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat

00:20 4,300 land titles the president handed out to over 4,200 farmer beneficiaries in Coronadal City in awarding ceremonies earlier.
00:29 Agrarian Reform beneficiaries or ARBs of Sok Sargen region felt elated in receiving their certificates of land ownership awards or CLOAS from the national government.
00:41 President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the distribution of the land titles to over 4,000 ARBs from the four provinces of the region, namely Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato and Sultan Akudarat provinces.
00:55 The turnover ceremony was held in Coronadal City, South Cotabato earlier today.
01:00 According to the data presented by the Department of Agrarian Reform, a total of 4,271 ARBs received 4,351 land titles.
01:11 These land titles are divided into two different projects of the department, which are the regular CLOA and the support to parcelization of land individual titling or split.
01:22 Thus, several beneficiaries expressed a deep gratitude to the national government for fully supporting their farming needs.

01:52 Meanwhile, the provincial government of South Cotabato appreciates the efforts of the President to personally visit the areas, especially in Mindanao, to lead such events.

02:16 After which, the President also visited the Polog City in Zamboanga del Norte to lead another CLOA distribution to over 4,000 ARBs in Region 9 or Zamboanga Peninsula, where a total of 7,214 hectares of land changed hands or ownership.
02:34 Under the Administrative Order No. 8, Series of 1995, a CLOA land beneficiary is prohibited to sell, transfer, or convey the right to use the land.
02:45 It can only be sold, transferred, or conveyed to their children, the government, the land bank of the Philippines, or other qualified beneficiaries after 10 years.
02:54 Aside from the CLOAs, President Marcos Jr. also turned over 175 farm machineries and equipment in the Polog City.
