Hollywood star Keifer Sutherland has revealed he is running for Mayor of Skegness in an interview with presenter Chris Moyles on Radio X. Video: Radio X.

00:04 When we were doing the last season of 24,

00:07 John Kassar and I had dinner at the very end of that season,

00:11 and we were shooting here in London.

00:14 And I looked at him and I said, "This is such a drag.

00:17 This is the only location that I've ever been at

00:20 in 30 years that I'm going to be sad leaving."

00:24 And he said, "Me too."

00:26 -Right. -And it's true.

00:27 It's an incredibly special city.

00:31 Uh...

00:33 -The traffic is awful. -Yeah.

00:34 -Oh, it's awful. -Terrible.

00:35 -The weather's not great. -No.

00:37 -Especially, yes. -But the people are awesome.

00:38 But it's not just London.

00:40 The thing is, when a lot of people come over to the UK,

00:43 they'll do the major cities, right?

00:45 So, they'll be in London or Manchester or whatever.

00:47 Yeah.

00:48 But you've been around.

00:50 Like, Kiefer...

00:52 Kiefer knows where Cleethorpes is.

00:55 Most people don't know this, but I'm actually running for mayor
