The Senate won’t be a rubber stamp of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s administration even under his watch, Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero said on Thursday, May 23.  Escudero made the assurance a few days after the changes in the Senate leadership took effect and he was chosen as the new Senate chief and replaced Sen. Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri.
