Growing pains may feel yucky, but they mean you're getting stronger.
This little girl loved her clothes, but after winter, they didn't fit her anymore!
She felt sad and thought she'd gotten too big.
Her older brother knew just what to do. He made her wear those clothes to explain that they were just too short for her as she had grown up.
This made her feel much better. She realized she wasn't overweight; she was just growing like a healthy kid should! With a happy heart, she even started dancing with joy.
