00:14 It's fantastic to have Highland Airlines back for a second year with the extended frequency and a longer season as well.
00:21 And we know that the connection between our two wonderful capital cities is really important for cultural connections,
00:27 for students studying, for people enjoying the tourism offer.

00:36 We had two last year because twice a week is still an excellent connection between the cities.
00:40 But when it goes to four, firstly it shows confidence in the route, it shows expansion and growth,
00:45 but it gives people even more opportunity to choose how long they want to travel for,
00:49 to suit their needs, to suit their requirements and to give people the best possible flexibility.
00:55 We think that's a fantastic next step and we hope soon we'll be seeing daily next time around.

01:07 We're always looking to try and improve the experience here at Edinburgh Airport and throughout the city as well.
01:12 Something simple as changing the check-in screen so that it's simplified Chinese for the Beijing flight,
01:18 having QR codes with the menu again in simplified Chinese and then also using our European leading Weibo, WeChat and Doyon sites
01:28 and Red as well to communicate how to actually transit through the airport
01:32 so that it's an easier experience and a more enjoyable experience for all our guests.
