00:00 My name is John Thomas, I'm a valuer with the State Bay Erosion Service with Department of Resources.

00:05 I have a grazing property in conjunction with my wife at Bay Desert.

00:10 We gather on weekends, I work during the week as a valuer and throughout the weekends and through the week with my coach, Jody Robston,

00:20 we do competition warroom dancing and the main reason I do that is I enjoy the challenge of dancing and enjoy dancing.

00:30 Hi, my name is Jody Robston, I'm the owner and director of Rhythm and Dance Attitude, we're based in Brisbane.

00:36 So I have been teaching and dancing for 44 years. John is one of my students and he's been with me for 7 years and very proud of his progress.

00:47 The best part about dancing is the ability to learn, the joy that it brings and the freedom that it allows you, both mind, body and soul.

00:55 So it's been a journey.
