00:14In the middle of El Nino's reign, 10,000 financial assistants from the Office of the President were included.

00:21According to the President, up to 3 million Filipinos were affected by the phenomenon.

00:29And in the agriculture sector, this amounted to almost 6 billion Pesos.

00:37When President Marcos called for help, the government continued to urge our fellow countrymen.

00:44But he also called for assistance in order to overcome this challenge in our country.
