00:08The new Boston Hotel in Fleetwood has sold after failing to attract bidders at auction.

00:12The 24-bedroomed hotel on the seafront has sold after plans to turn it into a rehab clinic

01:22One driver even said it was like Christmas had come early as the deep potholes were tarmacked
