00:12 competing or have you competed before? No, it's my 9th time competing so it's been a

00:18 while, bit of a challenge. How's the conditions riding this morning? Pretty good today, a

00:24 bit cold to start with but dry at least. Once you get going you're warm enough so that's

00:31 not bad, good run and not much wind which is always good. Were you pleased with your

00:36 time, were you aware it was going to be the fastest man's time overall? I knew I'd be

00:40 close but as always in the events you sort of stand around waiting, see how you got on

00:46 and see how it would be over the course of the time as well. I knew it was quick because

00:49 it was my fastest of the time so it's a personal best. I knew it was going to be quick but

00:55 we'll see. In terms of your cycling career, where would you rank this? Among the top?

01:00 Oh it's the top, absolutely. Definitely, nothing to beat this that's for sure. How long have

01:08 you been cycling? All my life, pretty much from a young age, mountain biking and racing

01:14 when I was younger and now road racing. Is this giving you the incentive to come back

01:20 next year and make it two in a row? Yeah I'll be back next year, two in a row I don't know

01:24 about that but certainly I'll be back.
