00:18 there's a lot of gains, a lot of advantages playing for a world-class football club, an iconic football club.

00:24 But there's an awful amount of pressure put on you by everybody, media, supporters, worldwide, right the way through.

00:31 So, he's had to endure some tough times, but as we're all doing, so we are now.

00:36 So, he has done that from an international point of view and from a club-level point of view.

00:43 But I think the way he handles himself, he's first class.

00:46 You know, humble guy, worked extremely hard to get into the position and deservedly so.
