00:32really. Today is the 22nd of April. We were initially told that this was emergency legislation,
00:38and yet we're now being told that there'll be a 10 to 12 week delay in getting the first flight
00:42off the ground. Madam Deputy Speaker, I don't know about what your definition of an emergency is,
00:49but a 10 to 12 week response time does seem to be a bit of a stretch.
