00:02 Basically, I was making bread, who do I think I am, and I'd just been to the gym.

00:08 Come back in the house, was making bread, put it in the oven, went to pull it out and pulled it too far.

00:13 And where I was wearing my gym kit, it went straight into my stomach.

00:17 And I don't know if anyone else's brain is like this. It never registers burns like it does any other pain.

00:22 So it went into my stomach and I was like, "Is that hot? Should that be hot? Should it be hurting? Ow."

00:27 I wasn't immediately out. I had a whole thought process before out and I pushed it away quickly.

00:33 Get something cool on it, put some burns cream on it, dress it, done.

00:38 And I'll just literally open it up and I'm like, "Oh, what have I done?"

00:42 So if you've got any good tips for what to put on burns so they don't scar for the future,
