The stabbing deaths of six people at a busy shopping centre in Sydney has sparked calls around the country....to legalise the possession of pepper spray for self-defence. Currently, WA is the only State where it legal to carry pepper spray, but only if the owner has reasonable grounds to feel threatened. Retailers in the state say the demand for the spray has surged since the attacks.
