00:06 every year. The skyline boasting a multitude of bridges over London's famous river has

00:12 become an iconic image of the English capital. But do the people of London have a favourite

00:18 bridge? Well we headed down to the River Thames to see if locals had a soft spot for one of

00:23 the capitals crossings and there was one clear winner.

00:26 Do tourists feel that the River Thames and the bridges across this river are quite an

00:30 iconic part of London? Is that something that you agree with and do you have a favourite

00:34 bridge and why? Yeah I guess the obvious one is Tower Bridge,

00:38 that's definitely the one that tourists, if I were a tourist I would love that one the

00:42 most. Do I have a favourite bridge? Probably, I like Vauxhall Bridge because of the big

00:48 buildings around it, I think they're quite pretty and when you're cycling at night over

00:52 the bridge it can be, it's quite pretty. I think my favourite bridge in London would

00:57 have to be Tower Bridge just because it's so iconic. I think my favourite bridge worldwide

01:02 would be Golden State Bridge, I had a lovely holiday in San Francisco and drove over there.

01:09 I mean Tower Bridge is beautiful, who doesn't love Tower Bridge? Sometimes the Millennium

01:14 Bridge is really nice to walk across when it's quiet and no one's there and late at

01:19 night so yeah, maybe those two. Yeah so my favourite bridge I would say is

01:26 Tower Bridge because when I was younger I used to walk down there with my parents and

01:29 my brothers so it's quite nostalgic for me and sentimental.

01:33 I would have to go with Westminster Bridge, when I first moved to London I was living

01:37 just across the river and I would walk across every morning to get to work and I don't know,
