00:13 The Freestone Island development is set to open for 2026/2027 academic year and has total

00:25 It will provide 4,500 square foot of affordable workspace.
00:30 With 130 hectares of land, Temple Quarter is one of the UK's largest regeneration projects.
00:37 The development will close its 600-bed Marsh Mills site on Feeder Road and the University
00:43 of Bristol's Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, where up to 4,600 students will be based upon
