00:31 about her rebranding and rebranding and rebranding.

00:38 with a lot of paint on her face.

00:40 It used to be stars and rainbows and pink

00:45 and lavender and turquoise, and now it's black.

00:49 It's still paint on her face.

00:51 And it's still her doing incredible dancing, all right?

00:54 So I don't know if it's so much as a rebranding

00:56 or just maturing, getting older,

00:59 wanting to show another side of her.

01:27 but the two have seemingly been on good terms

01:29 in recent years, with Abby telling E! News in 2022,

01:37 And as the 20-year-old embarks

01:39 on her new chapter of her career,

01:41 the former child star recently spoke to E! News

01:44 at the 2024 iHeartMusic Awards,

01:47 where she opened up about feeling, quote,

01:49 "very lucky to be able to grow with her fans."

01:52 - We were talking a lot recently

01:54 about sort of leaving the adolescent era behind

01:57 and moving into a more adult era.

01:59 How has that been going for you?

02:02 It's been criticized, that's for sure.

02:05 - How do you think that is?

02:07 - People are afraid of things they don't know.

02:09 People are, things can be scary for people.

02:12 New things can be very, very scary.

02:14 But I think that creating art

02:18 is such a special, special thing.

02:20 And I'm very lucky that I'm one of the people in the world
