Millions of potholes need fixing across England and Wales. How are roads in your area? How big a priority should fixing roads be for cash strapped councils?

00:00 Well the roads in my streets are terrible, I mean bad.

00:04 And the workmen come round and they jump on and then they disappear.

00:08 They're terrible.

00:10 It's amusing in a grim sort of way that when you're driving along

00:15 you're having to swerve and manoeuvre your way around these huge potholes

00:19 and so are all the other cars in front of you and behind you.

00:22 Bad. It's where you go to catch the bus and there's about five all in a row

00:28 and they're all like this.

00:30 And when it rains and they're deep and when the bus comes it just

00:35 fools you, you know, you get splashed with water. Yeah.

00:40 One was so big that it did actually burst my tyre on one occasion.

00:44 So as somebody who experienced that and all the cost of putting that right

00:51 I find it very frustrating that they're such a hazard to us every day on the roads.
