The Plaza Mall in Dudley, home to around 40 business's had a suprise when there delivery access was blocked off by work on the Metro extension. They had no notice and it has been effecting trade since. They have had a conversation about it and the Metro team are going away to see what they can do, but as yet its making a difficult business environment even more tricky.
