00:00 I'm Chris Berry of the Yorkshire Post and the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards 2024 are open for

00:07 your nominations right now. We have 18 different awards to give out this year. A lot of farm awards,

00:14 a lot of actual just rural awards as well. Doesn't have to be a farm but the farms that there are

00:21 are going to be an arable farm of the year, cattle farm of the year, dairy, we've got pigs, we've got

00:26 poultry, we've got mixed farm of the year and we've even got a rare breeds farm of the year, brand new

00:33 this year as well. We have an overall farm of the year title too but on top of that we have rural

00:41 awards, rural businesses in the countryside, rural tourism, rural accommodation awards and lots of

00:51 others too. 18 different awards that can involve everything that's out there in the countryside.

00:56 We'd love your nominations right now from wherever they are, whether it's a farm, whether it's

01:04 somebody in a countryside, whether you're doing it yourself and you want to nominate yourselves,

01:08 whether you want to get somebody else to nominate you, whether you're just somebody who wants to

01:12 nominate somebody. We just want your nominations, just look for that in the Yorkshire Post, in the

01:19 country post section and also at the Yorkshire Post website and at the Yorkshire Post rural

01:26 awards website. We'd love as many nominations as possible. Last year we had over 100 nominations,

01:33 we want more this year. Do your best.
