00:00 I'm Chris Berry from the Yorkshire Post and we're here to talk to you today about the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards

00:06 which is why we're out in this beautiful countryside at Aberford.

00:10 We're after the best of everything this year for farms, for rural businesses, rural rising stars,

00:20 so many different awards from an arable farm of the year, pig farm, poultry farm, cattle, sheep, dairy,

00:28 rare breeds and an overall farm of the year.

00:32 But it's not just about farming, it's about anybody in the countryside.

00:35 There's a Rural Rising Star Award, there's the Best Rural Attraction, there's the Best Rural Farm Tourism Award,

00:43 the Best Business, Best Items Produced in the Countryside.

00:47 There are 18 different awards and we want your nominations right now for all of those categories.
