00:00 What's exciting is not only the way that the state has gone around the brand new team,

00:04 but also for me personally, I think that the imagery and the nostalgia,

00:09 particularly with the founding and also the new devil, I think it's a great image.

00:13 It's something that's representative of Tasmania and yeah, I think it's just overall great image.

00:19 I hate getting tattooed to start with. All tattoos hurt, regardless of what some people say.

00:23 But no, I'm just stoked to be a part of the founding membership of something that's been

00:30 right on the cusp of Tasmania's conversation for such a long time with the AFL.

00:34 I think we're probably pushing 125 now and the closest membership to that being 108,000 at

00:39 Collingwood. I don't think anyone's oblivious or naive to the fact that there is a cost point

00:45 when it comes to that, but it's about how the state has rallied around the idea and not just

00:50 Tasmania, but we're hearing people that whether they used to live here or whether they just want

00:54 to get involved in it from right around the country. So the way in which this has brought

00:59 Tasmania together, I think that's probably one of the most exciting things to see the power

01:04 that is in community, whether that's through art and culture or whether through sport,

01:08 the way in which we've got behind a Tasmanian initiative and putting ourselves on the national

01:12 and international map, I think is one of the most exciting parts of it.
